Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BrightLife Technologies website located at brightlifetech.comand the Family Hub waitlist (collectively, the “Service”), operated by BrightLife Technologies Pty Ltd (“BrightLife”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing the website or submitting your email to join the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service currently consists of an informational website about BrightLife Technologies and a waitlist registration form for our upcoming Family Hub application. Family Hub is a product under development; features, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, subscription, or contractual right to access Family Hub. We will notify waitlist members by email when early access becomes available.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Submit false, misleading, or others' email addresses to the waitlist.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any associated systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BrightLife Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIGHTLIFE TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
9. Modification and termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
